Artists shouldn’t have to change their work, and what they find attractive, to make people feel better about themselves. Likewise, a fashion designer shouldn’t have to change the size of their models. They pick what they find attractive.

it’s not about making people feel better.   It’s about not establishing in the first place a bunch of problematic standards that worm their way into the collective subconscious… there is a difference, but I am too tipsy to explain it so just figure it out
