I love when people argue about their “hard earned tax dollars” being wasted on healthcare A, your money is already wasted when we have like the highest health care costs of any country and don’t even get the best care. Like you’re not getting a good deal right now so stop arguing for it to not change. 

B, when I know you make like 20k a year at most, exactly what percentage of your income is reaaally going to go to this one thing that hardly draws as much money from anyone as, say, the military-industrial complex or the national debt? $2?   $3?   Seriously if it’s that valuable a contribution to you, I will reimburse you for all that money you are popping a vein over and then you can buy yourself half a drink at starbucks, problem solved

C, like are you an anarchist in the closet or something or what??   I would be really interested in knowing when it became a thing to expect tax dollars to have any link-up to what we individually desire for ourselves, rather than what the state thinks is best for everyone to receive/mutually benefit from.
