• Snow White was is seen from the beginning doing chores, is nearly murdered, and then basically became den mother to seven dwarfs
• Cinderella was an emotionally (and sometimes physically) abused shut-in who waited on her family hand-and-foot
• Aurora grew up in the woods with three old women with only animals as her friends; she also did chores
• Ariel… had it pretty light, I’m not gonna argue with that one
• Belle took care of her father and their animals and was a social outcast for having a brain
• Jasmine… also doesn’t have much of a tragic backstory
• Pocahontas was not only fierce, but she clearly participated in the labor and chores of her tribe; there’s that scene where she’s picking corn with her BFF
• Mulan WAS A FUCKING WARRIOR, HELLO
• Rapunzel was also an emotionally abused shut-in who lived in a tower with no shoes until she was sixteen

So, out of the ten Disney Princesses, EIGHT of them did not have were women who had to work hard for their happy ending. EIGHT of them did not have silver spoons in their mouths and were not pampered their whole lives.

• aurora a princess who was not raised with her family but had 3 fairies doing EVERYTHING FOR HER

• Belle read fucking books, she was that “odd girl” in her town. she didnt work hard at anything
• jasmine, a pampered princess 
• Pocahontas, frolicked in the woods with a raccoon and a talking tree where is it shown her doing work?
• mulan was not a princess
• rapunzel was taken care of, she just didnt leave the house?

Sure, some of the other princesses “worked” to some extent, but as pointed out, completely different contexts- for Tiana, her entire plot revolved around working hard to make it.   Like really, Pocahontas picked corn in one scene and you’re counting it as being in the same category?  What??   Yeah anyhow first post and the reply to the reply are def legit
