Feminist Disney, when men make women uncomfortable with what they...

when men make women uncomfortable with what they say, to everyone else it’s a question of how over-sensitive she is, and the humor she doesn’t understand.

When women make men uncomfortable with what they say, to everyone else it’s her being rude and not understanding how to get along with everyone.

This is your oversimplification of microaggressions for the day, also there should be a non-gendered middle ground.   This isn’t even about what the guy necessarily does- it’s how everyone else around reinforces the gendered norm in this situation by how they react to the discussion participants.   Maybe it would be more accurate to say “feminist” instead of just woman, but I do think that is something that actually plays out?
